Wamenhan Kunjungi Pabrik Pembuat Rompi Anti Peluru di Cinere
PT. Persada Aman Sentosa
Jakarta, Wakil Menteri Pertahanan Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin didampingi Inspektur Jenderal Kementerian Pertahanan (Irjen Kemhan) Laksdya TNI Sumartono kembali mengunjungi perusahaan industri strategis dalam negeri Non Alutsista khususnya pembuat rompi anti peluru.
Kali ini, Wamenhan mengunjungi PT. Persada Aman Sentosa, Senin (21/5) di Cinere, Depok, Jawa Barat. Turut pula mendampingi Wamenhan dalam kunjungan tersebut Dirjen Renhan Kemhan Marsda TNI Sunaryo serta sejumlah pejabat di lingkungan Kemhan, Mabes TNI dan Mabes Angkatan.
Saat kunjungan ke PT. Persada Aman Sentosa, Wamenhan diterima oleh Direktur Utama PT. Persada Aman Sentosa, Irwan Wardianto. Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Wamenhan dan rombongan melihat secara langsung proses produksi pembuatan rompi anti peluru. Selain memproduksi rompi anti peluru yang merupakan pesanan dari TNI, PT. Persada Aman Sentosa juga memproduksi helm anti peluru. Usai kunjungan ke PT. Persada Aman Sentosa, Wamenhan selanjutnya mengunjungi Perusahaan Galangan Kapal, PT. Tesco Indomaritim di Babelan, Kab. Bekasi, Jawa Barat. Dalam kunjungannya ke PT. Tesco Indomaritim, Wamenhan yang juga didampingi Wakasal Lakdya TNI Marsetio diterima oleh Direktur Utama PT. Tesco Indomaritim, DR. Jamin Basuki.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Wamenhan meninjau secara langsung proses pembuatan kapal pesanan Kemhan dan TNI AL. Selain mengerjakan beberapa kapal pesanan TNI AL, PT. Tesco Indomaritim juga mengerjakan beberapa kapal Pilot Boat 15 Meter pesanan dari PT. Palindo II (Persero). PT. Tesco Indomaritim merupakan perusahaan galangan kapal swasta nasional yang didirikan pada tahun 1989, memiliki kegiatan membangun Kapal Cepat yang terbuat dari material Plat Aluminium dilengkapi dengan Sistem Penggerak Propeller atau Waterjet.
